Brief review of Hue 1968

Just finished reading Mark Bowden's book Hue 1968. I had read extensively about the Tet Offensive but little about Hue. Bowden is a great story teller and he brings to life many of the participants in this key battle in Vietnam. It is a real tribute to those young Marines who fought room to room, house to house, and street to street in some of the worst urban warfare in history. Highly recommended...
